Which microUSB do you use for power supply?

This one between SATA and SATA-Power.
I tried also the other one (OTG). This resulted in a boot loop.

1.) Do older versions of Bananian boot? 14.09? 14.08?
2.) Where did you buy the device? And when?
3.) Does Raspbian and/or Lubuntu boot?
4.) Could you please rewrite a clean 14.11 image, mount the boot partition and copy script.bin.otg-off over script.bin. Is it booting now?

Boot loop when power is connected to OTG is normal behavior.

1) I have tried it with version 14.09. With exact the same result.
2) I bought it from a german dealer 2-3 months ago.
3) Yes, Raspbian AND Lubuntu both runs perfect.
4) Oh yeah! Now it's booting and I can login.
Thanks!

2.) Which dealer was it?
4.) That was what I expected. But OTG won't work with this configuration.

Would you like to test some more configurations? Then I would prepare them for you, trying to get OTG running on your device.

2) www.reichelt.de. Why do you ask?
4) This is not a problem (at least at the moment)

Yes of course. I am pleased if I can help improve the project.

I know from another user having similar problems while most Banana Pi work fine.
He also bought his device from a german dealer (but not Reichelt)

Could you please write me a short mail and I will send you some script.bin files for testing.

I would really like to resolve the issue, so thank you very much for your help!

It was a problem with the power supply, not Bananian Linux.

Updatet the corresponding FAQ entry:
Q: I flashed Bananian to SD card (or upgraded from release 14.08) but it is not booting
A: Make sure you use the 'DC in' port in combination with a reliable 2 A power supply!
Starting with release 14.09 the USB OTG port is enabled by default.
