0000077: Random MAC address is used when getting IP address from DHCP during the boot
Bananian should use a static MAC address for Ethernet interface, but setting the
MAC address occurs too late in the boot process. As a result a random MAC address
is used when getting a dynamic IP address, which can lead to a situation where the
device receives a different IP address on each boot.

A workaround for this is to create a script to the /etc/network/if-pre-up.d directory that
sets the MAC address, for example:
/sbin/ifconfig eth0 hw ether xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx

A permanent fix would be preferable.

I can't reproduce the issue. My devices always get the same MAC (and IP when DHCP is configured like this)
